ReplyDeleteAs an introvert, I can assure you that an introvert can be outgoing and enjoy working with people. Extroverts are energized mainly by being around other people. Introverts are energized mainly by spending time alone. However, depending on the situation, introverts can be energized by interacting with people and extroverts can be energized by doing something alone, and both introverts and extroverts need both time alone and time around others (unless they're very unhealthy). Introverts just need a little bit more time alone than extroverts do.
